5 affordable bedrooms are available to rent in this recently renovated apartment in Ruzafa, one of Valencia's most popular neighborhoods. More broadly, Ruzafa belongs to the l’Eixample district, a diverse and emerging epicenter with many new shops, restaurants, and bars. It is also within walking distance of much of the city center. All of the bedrooms are newly and comfortably furnished, and the bathroom and kitchen are both new and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, washing machine, double sink, microwave oven, and plenty of storage space. This is an unbeatable option for students or young professionals.
