The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the University of Valencia and a 15-minute walk from the city centre. You will also find public transport nearby, including services that can take you to the beach in 20 minutes.

Bedroom 5 has a double bed, sofa, television and a wardrobe. This room is the largest in the apartment and has the huge bonus of having a private balcony equipped with a table and 2 chairs from where you can enjoy splendid city views.
