The apartment has a spacious and well-equipped kitchen which has a gas oven and stove, lots of storage space, plus a microwave, a washing machine and a full-size fridge-freezer. There is a bathroom which has a shower as well as a washbasin and toilet, and a separate toilet room which has a toilet and washbasin.
You will be living in an area with access to lots of local shopping, plus many bars and restaurants within a short walk. You are just an 8-minute walk from Garden Jardines del Real or Viveros which connect to Jardines del Turia, the long park that runs through the centre of the city, so you can have a very pleasant walk to work or meet friends in the city centre.
