This 130 m², 5-bedroom apartment located in the lively Ruzafa neighborhood has rooms available to rent to individuals and couples. The apartment is very spacious with large windows providing plenty of natural light. There are a variety of rooms to choose from, something for all tastes. There are 2 modern and clean full bathrooms to share.
Ruzafa is the most popular area in the the larger L'Eixample district. This is the place to be if you are a fan of a multicultural environment, including authentic international food. You are well-connected by bus and metro and have easy connections to the city center and beach.
