Spacious rooms are available to rent in this 90 m², 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Quart in Extramurs. The apartment is large and bright, and has a contemporary feel, although it still retains some original features. There is a modern kitchen, with plenty of space for food preparation and storage. There is also a clean and modern bathroom to share.
The location is great, central, so that you can see all the sights of the city, and explore on foot easily, but with the Metro nearby for journeys further afield. There are also lots of buses operating on the nearby main road, so all of Valencia is easy to get to. The local area is well supplied with amenities, and there is a large shopping centre just a few minutes' walk away.

What we liked the most
- We love the original vaulted ceilings throughout the apartment.
- All of the furnishings and fittings are modern and in excellent condition.
- The area is surrounded by parks – Jardines del Túria are minutes away, as are the Jardí Botànic, and other smaller (but equally pretty) parks.
- All of your shopping and dining in one place - the large Nuevo Centro shopping centre is just a few minutes' walk away.
