This modern 110 m², 4-bedroom apartment with a large terrace is located in the trendy and lively Ruzafa neighborhood. The apartment feels brand new with a renovated and spacious eat-in kitchen and stylish appliances. All the rooms that are available to rent are quite spacious and come furnished with a double bed. You can make use of the entrance hall and the large terrace to entertain guests and spend time with your roommates.
Ruzafa is one of the main nightlife and entertainment centers of the city. You have some of Valencia's best restaurants nearby, boasting international cuisine and a gastronomical experience. For your day-to-day activities you have a Mercadona grocery store right across the street and plenty of shops.
