All five rooms are available for rent - they are fully furnished, each equipped with unique features. The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet room.
In the Extramurs area, you'll find plenty of bus stops, allowing easy access to the city and the University of Valencia. You will also enjoy several restaurants nearby, along with Valencia's gorgeous park-- the perfect spot for a picnic on a sunny day.
