This is a residential neighbourhood with plenty of traditional Spanish squares, supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by. It is a 3-minute walk to the picturesque Avda de Blasco Ibanez for pubic transport, shops and bars. This is a wide avenue with a park running through it and you can walk along here to get to Valencia University in less than 30 minutes. It's a 5-minute walk to Carrefour Express supermarket and there's a KFC takeaway restaurant within a 10-minute walk.
