This 6-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you need to move right in and feel at home. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and plenty of cabinet and counter space. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen with an extra sink and a window with a view of the neighbourhood below.
This apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the ESIC Valencia Business School campus and the Polytechnic University of Valencia. The neighbourhood is a dynamic area with many students. It has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby, including a supermarket which is only a 2-minute walk away. From this location, you are very well-connected to the rest of the city by bus, tram and metro.
