Located in the relaxed but central district of Extramurs is this 150 m², 7-bedroom apartment with rooms available to rent. On the 4th floor, the apartment has city views from its exterior rooms and a quiet atmosphere for the rooms facing the interior. Each room has unique decor, as well as an independent key for added privacy. There are 2 full bathrooms to share and a large, fully equipped kitchen.
Extramurs is the ideal location if you are looking to live near the city center, but in a more relaxed neighborhood. On Carrer de Troya, you have the Plaza Espanya Metro stops and Nord train station a short walk away. Minutes from your door, there are also restaurants, cafes, and small shops. Although there is plenty to see and explore within walking distance, you are also well-connected by various buses.

Bedroom 2 is an exterior room with an L-shaped layout, providing it plenty of space. There is a double bed, a couch, and a table with 3 chairs. For storage, there is a chest of drawers and a standalone wardrobe.
