Located 7 minutes from the University of Valencia, this property is perfect for students. There are various bus and metro lines in proximity, so professionals who need to commute to work will benefit from living here as well.
In addition, sports lovers and soccer fanatics in particular will be delighted to know that the Mestalla Stadium, which belongs to the Valencia FC, is around the corner from the flat! This 130 m2 property is also a 5-minute walk from the Turia Gardens where tenants can take walks or jog.
