A massive 250 sqm seven bedroom apartment offering five single rooms and two double rooms available for rent separately. This exterior flat has two floors, with one bedroom, the kitchen and the living area downstairs, and the rest of the bedrooms upstairs. One of the nicest features of these rooms is that each one has their own private bathroom. Another highlight of this exterior flat is that it has a huge outdoor patio, where you can sit outside with your roommates for an after school drink, or take advantage of the sun to dry your washing. It is located on San Joan Bosco street, in the neighborhood of Rascanya, very close to the Ciutat de València football stadium. This area is well-communicated by public transport, with a tram station located a short walk away from the apartment which takes you to the universities in about 10 minutes.

What we liked the most
- Each bedroom is very well-equipped, including having an ensuite bathroom and their own independent key.
- The kitchen is quite large, and in it you will find everything you need for preparing your meals.
- The sunny living area has three comfy sofas and a TV, providing you with a cozy space where you can relax with your roommates at the end of the day.
- There is also a separate dining area furnished with a table and some chairs.
- There is a laundry area in the terrace, where you will find the washing machine, a sink and racks to dry your washing.
Things to keep in mind
- There are two fridges in the apartment, providing you with plenty of space to store your food. One of them is in the kitchen and the second one is by the dining table.
