This apartment is located on a lively street on Plaça del Cedre, a popular park surrounded by cafés, pubs and live music venues, 15 minutes from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the Campus de Tarongers of the Universitat de Valencia. Other landmarks within the area include avenue Blasco Ibáñez, the stadium home to Valencia Football Club and train station Valencia-Cabanyal. A pleasant 30 minute walk will take you to the sandy beach of La Malvarrosa. The apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 90 sqm.

- The living area is located in the centre of the apartment, making it the focal point of the house, where all occupants can gather to discuss their days or watch TV.
- The kitchen is nicely presented with wooden cabinets, and is fully equipped including an oven, a gas stove and a varied supply of other small appliances, dinnerware and cooking accessories.
- There is one large balcony equipped with a round table with 5 chairs, allowing you to meet your flatmates for a drink while enjoying of the stunning panoramic views over the city.
- This apartment is located within a fun and young neighbourhood, where you will come across international students from all over the world!
