There is a beautifully presented shared room acting as the kitchen, living and dining area, providing tenants with a great open space to hang out outside of the bedrooms. This apartment has a floor area of 100 sqm and is located on Carrer de Joaquín Costa, in the central neighbourhood of L'Eixample, close to Carrer del Colon, the most important commercial street in Valencia. Main landmarks within the area include Jardín del Turia, Mercado de Colon and Valencia-Estacio del Nord, the main train station in town.

Bedroom 4 is identical to bedroom 3. This pleasant interior room is furnished with a single bed, a storage cabinet, a desk and a wardrobe. This room doesn't have a window.

- The open plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home. In this fantastic shared room you can cook, eat your meals in the modern table with 4 high chairs or simply sit in the sofa and chat with your flatmates.
