Looking for a perfect affordable student accommodation in Valencia? You might want to check out this 4 bedroom apartment on Carrer Rodriguez de Cepeda. All student bedrooms available for rent are fairly large with plenty of space, big windows and come fully furnished - you will even get your own TV! The tenants will share two spacious bathrooms, one equipped with a shower, the other with a bath. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all amenities, perfect for having paella nights with your flatmates. Best part about this apartment? You are just a short ride away from Valencia beach and very near to Universitat Politècnica de València. You are also near City of Arts and Sciences and several bus stops and metro stations. The large area of this apartment is lucky 100m2. The apartment is located in the Camins al Grau district and since this is a popular student area, you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and a cinema nearby.

What we liked the most
- This really is a perfect student apartment. If you're an Erasmus student, struggling to find an accommodation, you should really check it out!
- All the rooms are big and even feature a television! Although it's incredibly unlikely you'll get bored in Valencia, having a television is brilliant for learning the beautiful Spanish language!
- The apartment is also near City of Arts and Sciences and Valencia's university. Furthermore you'll live close to the old city centre and have easy transportation access to all parts of the city.
- The apartment is fully furnished and has a separate dining area, along with a small dining table in the kitchen. Perfect for dinner nights so you can get to know your future flatmates!
Things to keep in mind
- You should keep in mind that this landlord only allows student tenants, postgraduate and Erasmus students are also welcome!
- Cleaning of common areas is done every two weeks and cleaning is included in the rent price.
- This apartment doesn't have a living room, however, there is a communal dining area where you can hang out with your new flatmates.
