We're proud to present this beautiful second floor exterior apartment with 6 rooms available for rent. The apartment is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The tenants will have to share one bathroom, however, two of the rooms also come with an ensuite bathroom. You will be centrally located and surrounded by shops, stores and various Valencia attractions. This area is full of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Valencia's most traditional dish, paella.

What we liked the most
- The rooms for rent are very spacious and full of natural night. They are fully furnished with plenty of storage for all your things.
- You will have access to an equipped kitchen and a living area where you can enjoy spending time with your new flatmates.
- You will be located in a vibrant, central area, full of shops, stores and attractions - the aquarium and science museum will be just a short walk away.
- There are plenty of bus stations available in the area, along with night buses for those who can't wait to experience the Valencian nightlife.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom number 6 has no window, which means you will get less natural light, however, it is still very spacious and comfortable.
- This landlord prefers tenants under 45 years old.
