This spacious 6 bedroom apartment is located on Calle Maestro Palau in the Extramurs district of Valencia, very close to Ciutat Vella. By "very close", we mean right next to it; you're within a 10 minute walk from such attractions as the Central Market where you can try the typical Valencian horchata! The flat has 2 bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet and sink, and a fully equipped kitchen. These rooms, all furnished with double beds, would be perfect for those who want to live centrally and get to meet new people during their stay in Valencia.

What we liked the most
- The kitchen is spacious and comes complete with an oven, gas stove, 2 sinks, and even a dishwasher. You won't have to worry about dirty dishes!
- The central location of the apartment will allow tenants to explore Valencia with ease.
- The rooms are fully furnished; Room 1 comes with a sofa in addition to a double bed.
- One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, so tenants can take a relaxing bath after a long day at work or class.
- All rooms come with keys for added security.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 full bathroom to be shared among 6 tenants, but there is another bathroom with a toilet and sink.
- There isn't a common living room, but we trust you'll find plenty of other places outside of the flat to hang out with your roommates!
