This three bedroom apartment is situated on Carrer de la Ciutat de Mula and is ideal for students as it's located just a short walk away from University of Valencia. It's located in the El Plà del Real neighborhood, but it's very close to the popular student district. The apartment has three bedrooms available for rent, all equipped with single beds and TVs. All rooms are fully furnished and the tenants will have access to a shared bathroom, equipped with a shower. This is an interior apartment and is therefore very quiet and free from street noise. You'll be very close to the football stadium, a metro station and Valencia's park.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is in a great location and close to the football stadium, University of Valencia and the underground station. Perfect for students, but anyone is welcome to become a tenant!
- The hallway has an extra storage space for all your miscellaneous objects.
- The kitchen is small, but fully equipped with the oven, stove, microwave, large fridge and it has cupboards and drawers with dishes and cutlery.
- Bedroom number 2 and 3 have a single bed, but they're both very spacious.
