The flat features 5 rooms, all fully furnished and equipped with a TV, and you will be sharing the common areas- kitchen, dining room, and the 2 bathrooms- with your student roommates. The neighborhood of the flat, El Pla del Real, is student centered as it hosts many university campuses. It is often referred to as Blasco Ibañez and you'll find a young and lively population here!
