This is an excellent exterior apartment for students, situated right in the heart of the student district Algiros, on Plaça del Poeta Vicente Gaos. This area is full of student-friendly bars and restaurants and is also a home to Universty of Valencia and its campuses. The apartment has 6 bedrooms available for rent, each fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning - an excellent feature for those hot summers in Valencia. The tenants will have access to 2 shared bathrooms with a shower and a bath and a fully furnished kitchen with a balcony. With plenty of metro stations nearby and bus routes operating on the street, you will have easy access to Valencia city centre, the university and the beach. What a perfect place to stay during your studies

- All rooms feature air conditioning - trust us, Valencia gets so hot during summertime you will really need to feel the breeze. To keep you entertained, you will also have access to your own television.
- Perfect location for students - this apartment is just around the corner from University of Valencia and its campuses and the beach.
- The area is student friendly, full of exciting restaurants, bars and buzzing nightlife.
- With 5 other flatmates, you will never get bored - there will always be someone to talk to.
- We really like the big kitchen - it has plenty of cupboards for your food - and you will also have access to a balcony where you can also find the washing machine.
Things to keep in mind
- The tenants will have access to two shared bathrooms, equipped with a shower or a bath - there's nothing like being able to have a choice between those two!
