This tidy shared flat offers four fully furnished private rooms for rent. Shared amenities include two spacious bathrooms, a laundry room and a large kitchen with a dishwasher and dining table. All rooms are nicely presented and similarly equipped, including spacious wardrobes and sofas, and there is a range of sizes to choose from. They all have windows overlooking either an interior courtyard or the street, and bedroom 3 also has a private balcony. The apartment is located on Carrer de Fontanars dels Alforins, a lively street in the neighbourhood of Patraix, featuring residential buildings as well as a number of shops. There is a metro station only three minutes from the flat, and the town centre can be accessed in 10 minutes using public transport. The apartment is interior and has a floor area of 100 sqm.

- Bedrooms 1 to 3 face an interior courtyard, so your sleep will not be disturbed by street noise.
- Bedroom 3 has a lovely private balcony equipped with an outdoor table and two chairs.
- Bedroom 4 has a window with street views and can accommodate a couple.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no living area, but all rooms have a sofa and there is a dining table in the kitchen where you can enjoy your meals or get together with your flatmates.
- The apartment has parking, but there is only one space available.
