Located in lively Ottakring, this 1-bedroom apartment has a lovely view of Yppenplatz. The 34 m² property has wood and tile flooring, modern appliances, and colorful and unique decor. The bedroom is the biggest room with high ceilings, a queen-size bed, and lots of storage. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal.
On Payergasse, you are right next to Yppenplatz, which has a park and is lined with charming cafés and restaurants. You are also just a few minutes' walk to a line 44 tram stop, which takes you into the city center in just 10 minutes. Ottakring is known for being a charming and lively district with plenty to offer and well-connected to all parts of the city.
