This wonderful studio apartment to rent on Neulerchenfelder Str. is on the 1st floor. You don’t need a key to enter. You just have to remember the security code! The space defines open-concept. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher. This galley kitchen leads to the bathroom. Uniquely, the shower cabin has a view to the double bedroom. The main room has wood floors and windows overlooking the interior patio. It’s a newly renovated studio, furnished with a small dining table, double bed, TV and a desk.
Your new apartment in the Ottakring neighborhood is west of the city center. On a nice day you can walk there within 45 minutes. But public transportation will get your there in 20 minutes. There is plenty to occupy your time here. The cinema is a 15-minute walk away. Weberknecht dance hall and Chelsea music venue are nearby. Within a 10-minute walk you’ll find a gym, cafés, Italian and Turkish restaurants, as well as supermarkets and convenience stores.
What we liked the most
- Although open-concept, the space is divided into two large and distinctive areas.
- Sloped ceilings are cool and the windows bring in a lot of natural light.
- The area is well connected by public transit, but you can walk downtown within 30 minutes.
- You’re close to terrific restaurants, as well as kosher shops.
