This nice apartment with 2 bedroom to rent on Gußhausstraße is on the 1st floor. The front door opens into a large hallway. To the right of the door is a storage closet. In front of the door is a spacious bedroom with gorgeous floors and lots of light. It has a double bed, as well as a living area with a sofa and armchairs. You can access the second bedroom from this one, or from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table and there is a shower stall and a washing machine in the bathroom.
Wieden is a fantastic neighborhood with a diverse range of restaurants, art galleries and clubs. The area is known for its vibrant and popular LGBT nightclubs. There are also bohemian hotspots in the district and a large student population. You’re 5 minutes away from the Vienna University of Technology, as well as Resselpark, and 10 minutes away from the Theater an der Wien opera house. You don’t have to go far for groceries, either. There is a store on your block.

- The bedrooms are very spacious and get good natural light.
- There is a washing machine on the property.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
- You’re close to public transportation.
