This wonderful studio apartment to rent on Gußhausstraße is on the ground floor. Close to the front door is an office space with a large desk and chair. It’s perfect for those who study or work from home. The single bathroom is huge and contains ample storage cabinets, a shower cabin and washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and is furnished with a 2-seat dining table. And the double bedroom has two windows, as well as a living room area with a sofa, armchair, TV and coffee table.
The Wieden neighborhood is edgier than most. It has a lively and youthful vibe. The Vienna University of Technology is only 5 minutes away from your new home. While Theater an der Wien opera house is nearby, you’ll discover plenty of nightclubs. There are art galleries throughout the area and a diverse range of restaurants are close by. Palais Schwarzenberg is just down the street and there is a grocery store around the corner.

- It’s a studio, but feels like a 1-bedroom apartment.
- There is tons of storage space.
- The office area is great for students and freelancers working from home.
