One of the first things you’ll notice walking into this 1-bedroom apartment are the wood floors and the exposed brick wall. These raw features are gorgeous and fit in perfectly with the neighborhood. Natural light filters into the open-plan living space from two windows. The kitchen area is small, but fully equipped. You’ll also find a washing machine under the counter. The rest of the area is spacious and furnished with a flat screen TV, sofa and 6-seat dining table. The modern bathroom is tiled and comes with a shower stall and heated towel rack. In the bedroom is another window, and a large bed with side tables. It’s the perfect space to end your day.
In Lithuanian, Senamiestis means old town, and that’s the neighborhood of your new apartment. Here you’re surrounded by dozens of old buildings, monuments and museums. The German st. Fountain is 5 minutes away. The Local Jewish History and Culture Museum a 4-minute walk away. History buffs will appreciate this area. There are also a lot of modern restaurants. In fact, you’ll find a gastropub just up the road and many other cuisines to choose from within a 10-minute walk. If you prefer a night in with a home cooked meal, there is a grocery store just 4 minutes from your door.
