This beautifully decorated 5-bedroom house has a lovely shared terrace with exposed brick walls and colourful graffiti art. The 200 m² property is equipped with central heating and has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area also offering a large dining table.

The house is located within walking distance of the European institutions and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Beautiful Jubelpark is a short stroll away, and you will find public transport nearby to take you around the city.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, which is a nice place to start. But can we improve on that? Well, yes, actually. It's also got a gorgeous modern ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink and mirror (no toilet though), and it's got lovely wooden floorboards and furniture that give it an organic, breath-easy poetic vibe. And it overlooks the street. And it has it's own key. And double-glazed windows. And it's newly decorated (cappuccino-colored walls). And ... well, that's about it. Enough for you?
