This beautifully decorated 5-bedroom house has a lovely shared terrace with exposed brick walls and colourful graffiti art. The 200 m² property is equipped with central heating and has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area also offering a large dining table.
The house is located within walking distance of the European institutions and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Beautiful Jubelpark is a short stroll away, and you will find public transport nearby to take you around the city.
Room description
Bedroom 4 is a huge room divided by big double doors into 2 sections; a sleeping area and a living area. The room has a double bed and tons of storage space, plus a big, comfortable sofa, and lots of floor space. In the sleeping area there is also an elegant desk and chair. There are wooden floors in both halves of the room, and in the living area there is a feature of a stone mantelpiece. The room is bright, lit by a large window.
