Elegant, 85m2 apartment available in Lavapiés - one of Madrid's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Renowned for its multicultural atmosphere, Lavapiés is an area in which you can find restaurants serving cuisine from all over the world. The city centre is a short walk away and tenants can reach Tirso de Molina, the closest metro station in just 2 minutes. The apartment boasts a spacious living room with a large corner sofa and access to the balcony. The kitchen is luxurious, fitted with modern appliances and sleek white storage cabinets. The flat has a dining room which is suitable for relaxing or hosting guests. All 4 bedrooms are similar and feature comfortable beds, but some do not have windows.

- There is a laundrette next to the building, so tenants can dry their laundry very quickly.
- The property has a balcony which tenants can enjoy during the summer.
- This apartment is next to the famous El Rastro market that takes place on Sundays.
- The stylish kitchen has plenty of worktop surfaces for meal preparation.
