This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located is located in the very upscale area of Salamanca in Madrid. It is decorated with red and black theme and all the common spaces match colors. Despite being in the interior of the apartment, the property receives a lot of light which reaches throughout the house. The property also has a great terrace complete with a table and chair and an overhead umbrella in case you want to sit in the shade. For those of you who bike, it is also a great place to keep your bicycle and extra equipment in the privacy of your own home. The property is 120m2 and the surrounding area, Salamanca, is the most posh area of the city. You'll find everything from boutique stores to gourmet shops!

- The apartment’s living room has beautiful walls with exposed brick.
- The property has a great balcony where you can relax with friends and enjoy the breeze during the hot summer months.
- The common living space has plenty of light and is very open!
- The balcony is a great space for entertaining, storing your athletic equipment and drying your clothes!
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 has 2 beds, but they are pushed together so they can serve as a larger bed.
- The bathrooms aren’t ensuite, but each tenant has their own private bathroom!
