This modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located on Calle Goya in the super posh district of Salamanca in Madrid. The furniture is all new and the property receives plenty of light seeing as it is located on the exterior part of the building. The living room has two comfortable couches where you can entertain guests or relax on the weekends and watch a movie. The kitchen is also very clean and white and is a great place to try out your culinary skills! The bathroom also has a towel warming rack which will come in handy during the cold winter months. The property is 80m2 and in the surrounding areas, you'll find upscale boutiques and delicious restaurants.

- The apartment has a great modern feel to it and is located it a fabulous location.
- The property's living room is very open, which allows light to fill the apartment.
- The tenants will have a dryer at their disposal, which will make doing laundry all the easier!
