This elegant property is located on Calle Serrano, one of the most spectacular areas in all of Madrid. The living room and dining room are combined to make a bigger common area where you can entertain guests or take a siesta on the sofa. There are also plenty of shelves for books or other decorations. The bedroom is just off the common space and is divided by a glass sliding door, which provides the interior bedroom with interior light. The neighborhood of the apartment, Chamartin, is the mostly a residental area and you'll find a tranquil atmophere. The property is 45m2.
