The 120m2 apartment features a fantastic living area with a long balcony with exterior views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms with all necessary furniture. The apartment is located just a few minutes from the Chamartin station, so you will have easy access to the city centre as well as other parts of Madrid. You will also live nearby Parque de los Pinos as well as cafes and restaurants. To ensure your life is as stress free as possible, all utilities are included in the rent.
