Spotahome is proud to present a fantastic 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex apartment for rent on Calle Juan Álvarez Mendizábal, just seconds away from Templo de Debod. This apartment offers you anything you might need to have a comfortable stay - all utilities are already included in the rent and the tenants will be also be provided with bed linen. On the first floor, you will find three cosy bedrooms, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen and a small picturesque garden, as well as one shared bathroom. Second floor consists of two bedrooms, one equipped with a private bathroom and a laundry area as well as another shared bathroom.
You will be living in a vibrant neighborhood of Argüelles, close to Malasaña as well as Gran VÍa and many other popular spots in Madrid.
What we liked the most
- You will be located just a short walk away from Temple de Debod where you can catch fantastic sunsets.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with an oven and plenty of cupboards.
- The apartment is beautifully furnished - we love the little garden next to the kitchen.
- The bedrooms are cosy and fully furnished, perfect for students and professionals.
