This unique apartment for rent, featuring an AC unit, consists of an open-plan kitchen, a living area with a large sofa and an even bigger television, three colorful bedrooms with private balconies offering street views, and an excellent bathroom with two showers, two toilets and three sinks. The apartment also has an excellent lofted sleeping space above the living room, perfect for your guests. You will be situated on Calle Manzana and will have easy access to Gran Via and many metro stations that can take you to other locations around Madrid. The area of the apartment is 80m2.
What we liked the most
- All bedrooms feature large double sofa-beds and colorful ceilings, along with small private balconies that overlook the street.
- The apartment also has an extra sleeping area in a loft space above the living room.
- The living room is furnished with a long dining table, a large television, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a coffee table and an excellent lounge chair.
- The living area also has an air conditioning unit, perfect for cooling off during hot summers.
- You will be living in Malasaña, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Madrid!

- This apartment has a fantastic bathroom with two individual showers, two toilets and three sinks - no bathroom queues!
