A spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 60 m² apartment with a terrace is available to rent in Aravaca. Located on Paseo de la Ermita, this flat is in the heart of a residential neighbourhood that is not far from the city centre. There are restaurants and cafés within walking distance of the property, and tenants can reach local supermarkets in a short amount of time. The open-plan living and kitchen area is the optimum space for tenants to spend time together, as it is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV. The terrace can be accessed by sliding doors. All bedrooms feature double sofa beds and standalone wardrobes.
What we liked the most
- This property has a spacious terrace which offers extensive views of the surrounding area and is a pleasant place to relax and read a book. This terrace is a perfect sun trap and it has sun loungers for sunbathing.
- The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern amenities and sleek storage cabinets.
