Situated in the heart of Madrid’s Malasaña neighbourhood, lies this stylish 2 bedroom 60m2 apartment available for rent. This property is in a very central location and Noviciado metro station is a 2 minute walk away. Tenants can walk just 3 minutes to reach Gran Via, Madrid’s main commercial street. The interior of the apartment is luxurious, with an open-plan living and kitchen area that features modern appliances such as a TV and a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds that fold into sofas, and both have windows that look out onto the same interior patio. There is a 3rd sleeping space with a double bed in the loft area which can be accessed by a ladder in the living room.

- This apartment has a dryer which is very useful when tenants are doing their laundry.
- The property is equipped with A/C which keeps the temperature fresh during the summer.
