This quiet apartment with 1 bedroom to rent on Traunfelsgasse is on the 3rd floor. The combined living and dining room is spacious. It has two tall windows, gorgeous parquet flooring, and is furnished with a dining table, sofa, standalone wardrobe, and shelving units. The front door opens directly into the fully equipped kitchen. It has ample cupboard space and includes a dishwasher. From the kitchen you can access the cozy bathroom, which has a shower cabin and washing machine. The door to your double bedroom is also here.
Your new apartment in Brigittenau neighborhood is a few minutes away from Augarten Park. There are a few museums and sights of interests nearby, but for the most part the area is off the trodden tourist path. You’ll find a few restaurants nearby, and the local cultural center is a great place to start getting to know your neighbors. There is a billiard lounge nearby and a rock climbing gym less than 10 minutes away. And you’re close to banks and markets too.
