Spotahome's opinion
This beautiful studio apartment is for rent on Max-Winter-Platz in Leopoldstadt. The living area has wooden floors and large windows flooding the room with natural light and making it feel very spacious. There is a sofa facing a large TV and a double bed. The kitchen is sectioned off with a wall and is sleek and modern and also has a door from which you can access the bathroom.
This is a beautiful area in Vienna as it is green and peaceful with great access to the rest of the city. There are 2 cafes just outside the apartment where you could get your morning coffee and a park across the road perfect for a jog or stroll on a fine day.
What we liked the most
- There are many bars and restaurants in the area where you could socialise with friends.
- All the shops you need are nearby including a supermarket, pharmacy and bank.
- If you and your furry friend are inseparable you don't have to worry as the landlord allows pets! They have to be quiet, clean and friendly, but if they meet this criteria they could move in too.
- Although small, the apartment makes excellent use of space and even feels roomy.
- This apartment already has Wi-Fi installed, ready to go when you move in.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no parking available living here, however there is great public transport in the area.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and may be hard to access for some people.
