This fabulous apartment with 1 bedroom to rent on Lassallestraße is on the 3rd floor. There are gorgeous parquet floors throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is modern, spacious and includes a dishwasher. There is a toilet room, and the bathroom, which has a shower cabin, also houses the washing machine. The double bedroom is quiet and has 2 windows and a large wardrobe. The living room also has 2 windows, as well as 2 sofas and a 5-seat dining table.
Your new apartment in Leopoldstadt neighborhood is 10 minutes away from the Danube. To the south of your apartment is ample green space. Venediger-Au Park and Max-Winter Park are minutes away. Within a 15-minute walk, you’ll find the Schweizerhaus beer garden, Madame Tussaud Vienna Wax Museum and amusement parks. And you’re close to a yoga studio, a nightclub, and grocery stores.
