A gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment with several balconies and AC is available to rent in Madrid City Center. The property has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV, people-watch from the window, or share a meal at the round dining table. The modern kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a washing machine, and lots of storage space. Both bedrooms are sunny and spacious, each with a double bed and a balcony. The bathroom is also contemporary, with a sizable shower and plenty of ventilation.
You'll be living right in the heart of Madrid's bustling city center, right off of the iconic Gran Vía. Here, you'll be a short walk from the Puerta del Sol and Callao, as well as from the trendy and popular Malasaña neighborhood. Around the apartment, you'll find all the shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes you could want – as well as excellent public transportation options.
