The interior property is equipped with a double bed, and has a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. There is also good storage space and a kitchen with all the essentials to cook.
From this fantastic central location you will be able to walk to the Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol and the Gran Via in 10 minutes. Plaza de España is also located nearby, and you will find endless restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within walking distance. This location will make an excellent base to explore all the city has to offer!

- There are lovely wooden floors that add to the cozy atmosphere.
- The kitchen is also equipped with a washing machine.
- The living area will provide an excellent space to unwind at the end of the day, furnished with a sofa, dining table and television.
- The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, and is 2 minutes from the Metro.
