Moncloa is a 15-minute walk from Malasaña, so it's pretty central.

Luckily, the Faro de Moncloa is a 110-metre-high tower with an observation deck. The glass elevator is on the outside. It shoots you up at 1.8 metres a second.
It costs €3 to go up. We'll let you to decide if the views are worth it.
